The Green Note Challenge

hashtag : the green note challenge. no space bar in between.

I got inspired by few people in social media sharing their thoughts and determination in doing savings. This is one of them.

I did few types of saving before;
1) A must in collecting a least 10 pieces of RM 1 within a week. Which only I put as 5 days instead of 7 days.
2) Saving all RM 0.50 cents in whatever balance of coins I get, I must keep it in my piggy bank.

Well, that's only 2 types. Duh..

The green note challenge is a good one.
How you do the Green Note Challenge.

THIS IS GREEN COLOUR..

First and foremost, set your goals. The "WHY" in collecting that RM 5. You know it's the RM 5 which is the green note right?
Few reasons among so many reasons why you need to do this challenge.
- You want to buy a laptop/ GoPro/ Playstation game set/ new handphone/ etc
- You want to go to Bali/ Thailand/ Australia/ Johor/ Kuching/ KL/ Penang/ etc; you need to buy the flight tix right? You want to make sure you have money to spend during your holidays. You want to pay for the package/ hotel/ cabs/ etc
- You want to pay your PTPTN
- You want to surprise your future girlfriend/ boyfriend.. (That's gonna take awhile buddy..)
- You want to buy super expensive handbag/ necklace/ dress/ make-ups/ etc
- You want to buy your mom/ dad a very very nice gifts.
- To buy yourself a nice super expensive meal and to stay in an expensive hotel.
- So much more. Think about it...

Next. The duration in collecting RM 5 a.k.a the green note. The "HOW LONG" should I be collecting this green note:
- Starting from TODAY until... Next 3 weeks?
- Next week until March 2018?
- 365 days?
- 5 months?
- Until the final week before I fly out for my vacation?
- 5 days?
- 3 years?
- 200 days?
- FOORREEEVVVEEERR~~

Ok. After the two things above settled. Now, where should I KEEP my green note?
- CNY Angpao
- Raya Angpao
- Empty ice-cream container
- Used socks
- Used box
- Piggybank
- Envelope
- Any place that can make you happy.........

Do this and you shall applaud yourself.

Congrats!! You have develop a unique saving skills and discipline habit in managing your financial.
Yehhhuuu~!! *clap clap clap clap* - like a happy seal...

I have been collecting it. I am not as discipline as I thought I am supposed to be. Ahaha. I managed to do some savings for this. Same goes to you. If some people can make it, I can do the saving and why can't you?

I did few savings for the challenge and I am proud of myself. Hahahaha...

"Sedikit-sedikit, lama-lama jadi banyak"

Catch for the day..
